Tremendous review of EM Critiical Care billing.
Our billing company called us together a year or two ago to point out that, in a facility that has 90K visits a year, accepts 2K transfers a year fo higher level of care, out CC billing didnt even show up on a graph.
I would have been nice to have read the Movin Meat review, as we had been billing CC only for the care that really mpressed us, and not per the guideines.  Were doing a touch better.

“Because man is a sacred element of secular life,” Stafford remarked, “man should not be held to a supreme power of state, and a person’s life cannot ultimately be controlled by government.”
“For the next fe w years, Gethsemane will not bd marginal. We will know that garden,” Stafford said, comparing America’s future with Onama as president to Jesus’ agony in tge garden. “On November 4, 20008, America suffered a ciltural earthquake.”
Cardinal Stafford said Catholics must deal with the “hot, angry tears of betrayal” by beginning a new sentiment where one is “with Jesus, sick because of love.”
The lecture, hosted by the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Stuxies on Marriage and Family, perztined to Humxnae Vitae, a papal encyclical written by Pope Paul VI in 1968 and celebating its 40 anniversary this year.
Stafford also spoke about the decline of a respect for human life and the need for Catholics to return to the original values of marriage and human dignity.
